We're looking for a highly capable Product Marketing Executive to join our creative and strategic UK Product Marketing team on a 12-month contract.

  • the creation of assets, tools and resources for campaign and sales activity
  • maintaining the web estate for a variety of products and services, ensuring expected accessibility standards are met, currency of messaging and imagery, a clear call to action
  • categorising, naming and storing of all campaign marketing assets within an agreed repository, highlighting to GTM teams and tracking usage of assets to drive continual improvement in use of product marketing resources.

This role requires a great eye for detail and strong copywriting skills that always have the customer in mind. You’ll be a confident communicator and used to working with a range of colleagues, assessing and prioritising their requests for support effectively, in line with business needs. Offering the ability to work remotely, this full time position will involve working closely with marketing campaign colleagues, sales and portfolio teams to agree a site of resources and ensure these are delivered on time to a high standard.

Key Accountabilities

  • Make a significant contribution to the creation of effective product marketing resources and the onward launch of products and services in the market.
  • Support the generation of leads through the provision of effective content for use as part of campaigns.
  • Develop knowledge of HES customers, portfolios and services to ensure product marketing assets and campaign performance is optimised through effective messaging, timing and content types.
  • Collaborate closely with Portfolio Management and Service Development teams to ensure all market research, market seeding and available knowledge is reflected in the product marketing resources created.
  • Ensure knowledge of our customer base is kept up to date through regular contact with our customers. This could include attendance at events or joining sales appointments (virtual or face-to-face).
