The Role -


As An Account Manager, Your Primary Objective Will Be To Manage The End-to-end Recruitment Process For Clients And Understand Their Needs. Ensuring That All Candidate Vacancies Are Filled To Full Capacity, Predicting Any Possible Issues And Providing Solutions, Ensuring The Smooth Running Of Operations For Clients On A Day-day Basis.

Develop And Retain Client And Candidate Relationships

Candidate Fulfilment Ensuring That You Build Long-lasting Relationships With The Candidates And Clients And Are Maintained By Understanding Their Industry, What They Do And Their Environment.

Placing Good Quality Job Adverts On Current Job Boards, In Line With Branch Sla’s To Ensure That You Find The Right Workers For The Client’s Specification.

Inviting Candidates To Branch To Register For Employment, Carry Out All Pre-employment Checks Prior To The First Day Of Employment

Completing Online Registration Packs For Candidates That You Are Placing Into Employment, Prior To The First Day On-site. This Includes Ensuring All Pre-employment Checks Are Done Correctly And In Line With Branch Sla’s.
