Our Customer Success Managers are both product and workflow specialists and are of the utmost importance for our organization. You will be in charge of a portfolio of Investment Bankers, with the aim to ensure the full satisfaction of your users. You will be the main point of contact for our users and in charge of their onboarding and training. We live with our time and understand the need for a hybrid model made of onsite visits and remote trainings. As such, you will coordinate and organize the remote training offering of the team. RESPONSIBILITES Be an expert on your field(s) and advise clients on their respective workflows Train users on the different tools of Refinitiv Solutions Ensure client satisfaction during the whole Client Life Cycle Contribute to the improvement of our tools and data by feeding back client needs and suggestions to our product team Identify additional sales opportunities Organize and coordinate our digital training offering EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED Specialized Master in Financial Markets A 2 to 3 years experience as Investment Banker or as a financial analyst is highly valuable Have the following strengths: good teaching skills, excellent interpersonal skills, optimist, client oriented, organized, passionate, proactive Fluency in German and English is a must
