We will fully support and invest in you with ServiceNow training to enable you to take on the role as Delivery Lead responsible for the ServiceNow platform.

With us, you will be empowered, autonomous and responsible for:

• Owning the ServiceNow platform at KCOM.
• Developing and delivering our portfolio of requirements for our ServiceNow platform.
• Ensuring a first-class service is provided to KCOM employees and partners through ServiceNow.
  

What will I be doing?

In this senior role, you’ll work with the team to design, plan and deliver stories and improve practices and processes within the team. Our flexible ways of working enable you to define the best way for your team to work.

You will belong to a wider community of practice with other senior developers and product owners to share knowledge, propose new technologies and share what works for you.

What do I need to do this job?

We're building agile teams with flexibility at their heart and will give you the required fundamentals, but to get up to speed quickly, skills/experience in these areas will help

• ServiceNow (but not essential, we will support with platform related training)
• Development background
• JavaScript
• REST API’s
