This Will Be A Busy And Exciting Role For A Leading Social Housing Contractor, Construction Experience Not Essential.


As A Hr And Recruitment Admin Your Tasks Will Include;


Managing The Recruitment Process


Advertise Vacancies (Internally & Externally)


Seek Candidates From Social Platforms Such As Linked In Or Cv Library


Organise Interviews With Managers


Provide Feedback To Agencies


Keep An Up To Date Report Of All Recruitment And Send Weekly Reports To Hr Manager


Ensuring That All Managers Follow The Process


Onboarding Process - Conducting Company Inductions, Checking Paperwork And Right To Work Documents.


New Starter Process - Arranging Equipment, It Set Up On Portal And Preparing For New Starter's Arrival.


Process Leaver Paperwork, Conduct Exit Questionnaire And Arrange For All It/Mobile/Ppe To Be Returned Back To The Head Office.


Reviewing Job Descriptions With Managers


Assisting With The Payroll Team By Providing Relevant Employee Information (E.G. Absence, Sickness & Overtime, New Starters & Leavers)


Dealing With Any Employee Queries Relating To Company Benefits


Maintain Personnel Files And Administration Of Documentation Within The Hr Department, In Accordance With Legislation.


Company Mobile Phones/Wifi Units For Sites - Dealing With Any General Day To Day Queries From Employees


Any Other Ad Hoc Hr Admin And Project Related Matters.Essential Criteria;


Working Knowledge Of Relevant Hr Regulations.


Excellent Organisational And Administrative Skills With The Ability To Prioritise And Manage A Busy Workload


Professional And Confident.


Diplomatic And Discreet With The Ability To Handle Sensitive Matters. General It:


Competent User Ms Excel, Ms Word, Microsoft Outlook Email And Calendars.
