The Internal Communications Coordinator Will Play A Critical Role In Maintaining And Developing Gateley's Internal Communications Platforms Contributing To The Design, Development, Planning And Execution Of Best-in-class Content.
They Will Be Creative, Organised And Have A Strong Work Ethic To Support Our Internal Communications Strategy That Keeps Our People Informed, Connected And Engaged.
The Role Holder Will Sit Within Our Corporate Communications Team, Reporting To The Senior Manager - Communications, But Will Also Work Closely With Other Members Of The Wider Marketing Team.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Develop Creative Communications That Engages Our People And Delivers Against The Group's Internal Communications Strategy.
Support The Delivery Of The Group's Employee Communications Activity And Messaging.
Contribute To A Range Of Internal Communications Channels Including The Intranet, Weekly Newsletter And Emails.
Write, Edit And Collate Relevant Content To Inform And Engage Employees Across A Broad Range Of Subjects.
Create And Distribute Content That Supports The Group's Diversity, Inclusion And Wellbeing Network Groups.
Draft Content For Gateley's Instagram Account With A Focus On Our People And Culture.
Remain Aware Of Key Dates, Events And Trends To Find Opportunities To Maximise Engagement.
Ensure The Pages On Our Intranet Are Kept Up To Date And Reflect The Very Latest Developments.
Manage And Continually Review Our Photograph And Video Library. Upload These Assets To Our Intranet.
Regularly Contribute New And Creative Ideas.
Help Deliver Communication Of The Group's Responsible Business Ethos.
Support The Senior Manager In Managing Our Partnerships With Organisations Such As Sportsaid, Nspcc And Birmingham's Steamhouse Incubator.
Support The Senior Manager In Planning And Executing Internal Communications Campaigns, Events And Conferences.
Liaise Regularly With Internal Stakeholders To Ensure Good Visibility Of Plans And Collaboration With Others.
Proactively Work And Collaborate As Part Of The Wider Marketing Team To Deliver Against Set Objectives.
Input Into Regular Reports To Update On Performance Against Agreed Plans. Provide Analysis On The Success Of Our Content Plans, As Well As Advising On How To Improve.
