Snowflake is experiencing continued exponential growth since our IPO. We are expanding our EMEA Strategic Alliances team to help us scale through vertical solutions. We’re hiring a Partner Development Manager to drive the success of application builders who are betting their business on Snowflake. Powered by Snowflake is our fastest growing strategic initiative designed to help organizations design, build and launch new data applications that leverage the Snowflake Data Cloud. The Partner Development Manager will join the EMEA Powered by team to accelerate the growth of our rising stars. We are looking for a builder who has flawless execution, a team player who inspires others and a future leader to win the hearts and minds of product owners and developers.


  • Lead the GTM efforts for our rising stars in the application space
  • Be accountable for the success of our Powered by Snowflake partners, measured through new business, product revenue and feature adoption.
  • Develop innovative business models that align Snowflake and partner objectives
  • Work collaboratively with the customer account team to build a comprehensive joint business plan
  • Collaborate with the Powered By marketing lead to build joint go to market plans resulting in top of funnel pipeline.
  • Develop joint sales plays that effectively position partner solutions in conjunction with the core benefits of Snowflake
  • Drive sales enablement efforts around partner solutions across the global Snowflake sales organization; be the partner evangelist within the Snowflake sales organization
  • Be a team player who is creative and building the next big thing.


  • Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant sales, business development or alliances experience
  • Proven success in directly managing customer and partner relationships toward business outcomes
  • Strong business and financial acumen and an ability to forge creative solutions
  • Has a growth mindset
  • An understanding of consumption-based business models.
  • Strong skills in multi-tasking, communications, negotiation, organization, and teamwork
  • An ability to work independently to solve problems and deliver growth metrics
  • Strong strategic selling/business development skills
  • Experience in the cloud or the data ecosystem a plus
