Job Description:

We are looking for a SQL Server/PowerBI Developer with working knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and PowerBI to join our growing company and support our federal client. Our ideal candidate will contribute effectively towards our team goals and ensure exceptional customer experience for our client and their employees.

The selected candidate must have working knowledge of tabular and multidimensional data models, in addition to experience documenting logical and physical data models.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation experience with SSIS, SSAS, and Power BI.
• Building and re-designing a set of reports that need to transition to an analysis services environment.
• Work with customer technical team to identify initial requirements.
• Apply tabular and multidimensional data modeling methodologies.
• Document logical and physical data models.
• Document and update reporting environment data model.
• Develop new reports based on customer requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience
• Implementation experience
• Working knowledge of tabular and multidimensional data models
• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Experience with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
• Self-starter able to work independently and within a team
• Flexibility and the ability to react to rapidly changing requirements
• Resource needs to be flexible and understand role will be fluid – may have other duties as assigned
