Link Is Looking For A Receptionist/Administrator To Provide Administrative Support To The Housing Management Team And Reception Cover For Link’s Falkirk And Bathgate Office.

The Successful Candidate Will Process All Incoming Mail As Well As Taking Incoming Calls In An Efficient And Professional Manner Ensuring Any Messages Are Taken Accurately And Passed To The Appropriate Person. You Will Be The First Point Of Contact For Visitors To The Office And Will Ensure Signing In Procedures And Security Processes Are Observed To Maintain The Security And Safety Of Visitors And Staff.

The Postholder Will Administratively Support The Core Housing Team And Will Help With The Organisation Of Staff Events And Meetings.

About You

You Will Have Knowledge Of And Commitment To Good Customer Care And Equal Opportunities As Well As Proven Experience Of Working In Reception And / Or Providing A Front Line Service.

Proven Experience Of Establishing And Maintaining Administrative Services, Both Manual And Computer-based Is Essential For This Role As Well As Extensive Experience Of Using Microsoft Word And Microsoft Excel At A Basic Level.

This Role Requires Excellent Time Management And Organisational Skills And The Ability To Remain Calm, Polite And Work Effectively Under Pressure.

The Ability To Travel Between Falkirk And Bathgate To Provide Reception Cover Is Essential.
