Here At Howells We Are Working With A Leading Construction Company To Recruit An Experienced And Proactive Recruitment Coordinator To Join Their In House Recruitment Team Based In East London.

As The Recruitment Coordinator Your Role Will Vary Each Day, However Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Uploading Vacancies To Internal Ats (Applicant Tracking System)

Advertising Vacancies On Company Website And Job Boards

Filtering Cvs According To Essential Requirements

Liaising With Hiring Managers And Sending Cvs

Arranging Interviews

Ensuring Ats Is Kept Up To Date With Vacancy And Candidate Details

Administration Throughout Full Vacancy Life Cycle From Identification Of Vacancy Through To Offer Stage, Ensuring All Stakeholders Are Kept Informed Of Progresswe Are Looking For Somebody With Strong Administration And Communication Skills, With Previous Recruitment Experience.

This Is A Full Time, Permanent Role For Which You Will Receive Receive A Salary Of 22-26K (Depending On Experience) Plus Excellent Benefits Package.
