We are representing an International company who has established partnerships with clients and candidates from all conceivable construction industry verticals.
Our team of specialist consultant’s source mid- and senior-level talent in the construction, engineering and building products markets.
They are a one hundred percent remote business, with their recruitment consultants working the UK markets within South Africa.
The successful candidate will need to have the ability and confidence to work remote and manage your own desk
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Trainee you will be responsible for the following:
- Phoning and interviewing candidates on a daily basis
- Assist Recruitment Consultants in finding suitable candidates for their live vacancies
- Database cleansing
- Managing your own bank of candidates.
This is a call driven role, so having the confidence and passion for people and being on the phone is a must!
Desired Experience & Qualification
The successful candidate needs the below:
- Excellent Communication skills (English)
- Be computer literate
- Assertive
- Highly motivated
- Have emotional intelligence
- Have access to your own laptop/computer
- Strong internet connection (10-20 MBPS fixed line)
Recommended Tech Requirement;
- i5 (10th generation and above) /Ryzen 5
- 8GB RAM
