About The Role

Supporting and developing the various business applications utilised by end users both internal and external to JLL. We are seeking an experienced program manager to enable our continued success. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to implement strategy and program initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong talent for project coordination and will be focused on optimising process improvement, identify opportunities and mentoring the wider JLLT team from inception to completion utilising IT frameworks and methodologies.

The key technology elements of the platforms supporting the business are:

  • Yardi Voyager 7s
  • Qlik Sense
  • Proactis Purchase to Pay
  • Middleware technology (data transfer and Transformation tools)

This role will work closely with the Head of Technology for managed services, cross functional teams and project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans and timings for new and existing initiatives.

What This Job Involves

As a Senior Technology Project Manager at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible for

  • Management of key stakeholders including JLLT and business teams
  • Acting as an advocate of best practice for all IT processes, both within the JLLT team and the wider PAM business unit
  • Representing the JLLT team in business-led project calls and plan building
  • Partnering with business Project Managers, to define collaborative project plans which satisfy the needs of the JLLT team and the business
  • Managing all aspects of Project Governance, including Charter drafting, Plan building, Budget Management
  • Support the team in building relationships with the wider JLLT team to leverage support for complex deliveries
  • Identifying risks and opportunities across the PAM division, and escalating as appropriate for support and focus
  • Attending regular departmental and inter-departmental meetings.
  • Identifying key opportunities and requirements from cross functional teams and external vendors, ensuring specifications are well detailed by the requestors to enable JLLT to support the delivery
  • Developing and managing projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals and objectives.
  • Guide and coach the JLLT team to a high performing level on use of relevant Project Management practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to both internal and external clients.
  • Works to resolve obstacles and impediments, whilst improving and implementing Agile practices across the JLLT team.
  • Develop and maintain a structured approach to the improvement of platforms, policies and procedures, identifying opportunities within the JLLT team.

Education and experience

  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must have structured approach to problem solving and exceptional prioritisation and facilitation skills
  • Experience operating within an enterprise / large scale IT environment.
  • Experience managing technical projects
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Strong documentation and requirements gathering skills
  • Ideally knowledge of the commercial property sector
  • Ideally a working knowledge of ITIL
  • Ideally a working knowledge of key technology solutions (Yardi, Qlik, Proactis) or similar products
  • Working knowledge of change management principles
  • Previous experience managing key stakeholders.
  • Ideally a degree in IT, Finance or Business
