• Skilled in Scrum, TeamCity, SQL, Web Applications, and Agile Methodologies.
• Zeal for technology , Enabling Collaboration platform (JIRA and Confluence), CI/CD (Bamboo, Artifactory, Jenkins and TeamCity), Source code (SVN, Git and Bitbucket), and Devops (Chef, Ansible) tools
• Have a keen interest to work on Multi-Cloud & Software environment for Development and Automation initiatives
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience with Atlassian tools suite administration.
• Installation, configuration, up-gradation, administration, and performance enhancement of JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, Confluence (Data Center)
• Hands-on expertise in Jira/Confluence Cloud implementations
• Expertise in Server-Datacenter, Server-Cloud, Cloud-Cloud, Cloud-Datacenter migrations for Jira and Confluence
• Creating and managing complex configuration elements including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes and boards.
• Advising on best practices configuration and recommendations to avoid common pitfalls and challenges.
• Installing, configuring, maintaining, administering, and enhancing database - PostgreSQL/Mysql knowledge.
• Knowledge in SSL, SSO, and LDAP configuration for Jira/Confluence.
• Knowledge of Groovy and Shell Scripting.
• Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux.
• Good communication skills and soft skills are a must.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies
