You Will Provide A First-class Candidate Experience From Application Through To Hiring, Coaching, And Supporting Hiring Managers Across Your Business Area To Recruit For Various Vacancies From Sales Roles To Aftersales Positions And Support Jobs. Where Possible, We Aim To Recruit Directly, Though At Times You Will Partner With Specialist Recruitment Agencies. You’ll Need Some Experience In Analysing Recruitment Data And The Ability To Present Management Information In A Meaningful And Engaging Way.

Providing A Dedicated And Professional Recruitment Service, You Will Arrange And Attend Open Days, Support With Interviews And Facilitate Assessment Centres, Increasing The Talent We Attract And Hire. As Well As Proactively Headhunting And Sourcing Candidates Through Platforms Such As Linkedin, Cv Databases, Social Networks And Creating And Managing Talent Pools.

It Is A Varied Role That Requires Strong Stakeholder Management And Excellent Communication And Organisation Skills. You’ll Be Someone Who Can Positively Challenge When Necessary And Develop Effective Trusted Relationships. Coaching Managers On Interview Guidelines And Sharing Top Tips Will Form A Big Part Of The Role So Experience In Face-to-face Interviewing Is Essential.
