Working As Part Of A Team Of Three Team Leaders, You Will Supervise, Guide And Motivate A Team Of Up To 8 Associates At Administrator And Senior Administrator Level, Helping Them Work Together In A Busy Environment To Ensure A Constant Level Of Support Is Provided To External Contacts.

You Will Be Responsible For Working With You Dedicated Team To Ensure The Processing Of Client’s Data Files Are Completed Within Agreed Slas. The Role Will Involve You Managing Team Workloads, Providing Checking Support, Developing Team Members, And Acting As A Technical Lead.

As 1 Of 3 Team Leaders In Addition To The People Management Responsibilities You Will Also Play A Pivotal Role In The Key Contact For A Large Portfolio Of Clients And As Such Will Be Required To Visit Customers For Face To Face Meetings.
