ManTech is seeking a Technical Analyst / Writer II to support the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Corona Division in Norfolk, VA.


Position Overview


  • Knowledge of the Integrated AT&L framework documentation, DoD 5000, CMMI, and ISO 9000. Ability to develop requirements, traceability documents, acceptance criteria, and test case mapping for functionality, performance, and regression testing. Proficient in development of STI, Technical Reports, and all CDRL documentation requirements under DTIC IAC MAC task orders.


Experience Level/Education/Clearance Requirements


  • Should have experience preparing and/or maintaining technical systems or program documentation for either five (5) years with a Bachelor’s degree, seven (7) years with an Associate’s degree, or twelve (12) years with a High School diploma. Should also have at least three (3) years’ experience in support of DoD programs having the Integrated defense AT&L Lifecycle Management framework, and experience with ensuring adherence to master plans and schedules; and developing solutions to program problems are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe production tools and applications. DAU (or other equivalent program) Level I certification requirements in Program Management or Acquisition is preferred.
  • Active Secret security clearance required.
