We’re currently expanding our support teams and are looking to hire a number of Technical Customer Support Analysts of all levels of experience including people with no prior experience within an IT environment!
Your main responsibility will be to provide excellent IT support to our colleagues working in store, off site and in our offices. You will receive all kinds of queries either online, by phone or through online chat and will assess the problem before following it through to either resolution or escalation to our specialist teams. You’ll take full ownership of the problem, ensuring they’re updated on progress if it’s not a quick fix. We work on shift rotations to ensure all areas of the company have assistance available to them so the role also involves some weekend work, we are happy to discuss any flexibility you might need .
There’s lots of support and mentoring as you learn the role but ideally, in order to be successful you will have:
• Have a keen interest in technology – maybe even just the ‘go to’ for friends and family.
• The ability to communicate well with customers, managing priorities from start to finish and have a helpful attitude towards understanding issues and finding solution.
