Katun Performance (www.katun.com) We have traditionally been a photocopier spare parts and toner distributor, selling to many of the recognized dealers in and around Zimbabwe. In the year 2000, we awarded exclusive authorized distributor for Katun products in Zimbabwe. Katun Corporation was founded in 1979, and is currently the world’s largest aftermarket supplier of photocopier spare parts and consumables. Their Head Office is located in Minneapolis, U.S.A. They are totally committed to product quality and excellent customer service and support. As a result, Katun have a very efficient distribution network comprising of 18 000 dealers and distributors in over 160 countries. Hewlett Packard A few years back we also noticed that Hewlett Packard were making fairly strong inroads into the marketplace, placing printers and multifunctional products where photocopiers did not meet the criteria. We also took note of the fact that genuine supplies for these printers were seldom readily available locally. Copier Parts subsequently started importing various cartridges and printers through the Southern African channels in order to help service the market.
