2-4 years professional experience in Automation process

> Should have good hands on experience in scripting language such as VB & PowerShell

> Hands-on .net,c#, C++

> Usecase development experience in VBScripting.

> Good knowledge on shell commands and its usage

> Should have knowledge in cloud.

> Supporting creation of software product training materials, software product user guides, and software product deployment instructions

> Should have good experience in Database technologies - SQL

> Good problem solving, root cause analysis and systems engineering skills

> Coach & mentor junior members to scale up faster

> Independently respond to queries, apply judgement & determine course of action

> Work on areas of complex scope & analytics

> Outstanding interpersonal skills (written and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively with customer

> Strong Analytics, Issue troubleshooting skills, Providing solutions to complex problems and providing RCA

> Test application to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

> should have basic knowledge on network services and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, AD, LDAP, SSH, SMTP, SSL, HTTP,

> Should have ability to work on projects independently.

> Should have infrastructure knowledge and adaptive to learn new technologies.

> Good Knowledge on ITIL principles.

> Should be ready to work from customer / Client location if required
