Here At Lookers Land Rover Battersea, We’re On The Lookout For An Experienced Workshop Controller To Join Our Dynamic Team, In Our State Of The Art Facilities. It Is The Perfect Opportunity For A Talented And Enthusiastic Workshop Controller To Advance Their Career In A Premium Brand Environment.

As You Would Expect With An Industry Leading Brand Comes A Market Leading Package Including A £36,000 Basic Salary And Uncapped Bonus Opportunities, All On A 42 Hour Per Week Contract. Hours Will Be Worked Between 8 Am And 6 Pm Monday To Friday And 8 Am And 1 Pm Saturday On A Rota Basis.

As A Workshop Controller, You Will Supervise And Motivate Our Team Of Service Technicians And Pro-actively Review The Daily Workload. You Will Be Responsible For Maintaining High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction By Implementing Quality Checks. You Will Also Maintain Relationships With The Vehicle Manufacturer And Provide Support To Technicians During Repairs And Ensure That High Standards Are Achieved And Maintained Within The Workshop And Surrounding Areas.

About You

You Must Have Prior Demonstrable Experience In Supervising A Small Team In A Busy Workshop Environment. You Will Have A Minimum Of Nvq Level 3 In Light Vehicle Maintenance And Repair As Well As A Solid Understanding Of Coshh Legislation, Trade Practices, And Consumer Legislation. Awareness Of Quality Control And Inspection Requirements Of A Workshop Is A Must.

Due To The Nature Of The Role A Full Valid Uk Driving Licence Is A Must.
